OK, so you've seen me wear the t-shirt but have you really taken the time to listen to the music? Well now is your chance. Say Hi just released its 4th album so there is plenty of good music to sample. I suggest starting off with Let's Talk About Spaceships from their Numbers & Mumbles album and then test The Fritz from Discosadness. Really, you can't go wrong with songs titled She Beat My High Score and Snowcones and Puppies. One reviewer on iTunes calls it 'perfect indy pop songs full of silly lyrics and synths that are soothing to your ears.' I quite agree. So check 'em out. I also just found out Zach Braff of Scrubs and one of the best soundtracks ever (Garden State) fame, put together another freakin' awesome album for his latest movie The Last Kiss. While I haven't purchased the album, I do own about half of the songs and I listened to the clips on iTunes and it pretty much rocks double-time. And maybe the movie is good too.
