It has been a while since I posted something on here so here is a peak into some new music that I have been listening to the past couple of months.

Ray LaMontagne Till The Sun Turns Black: It's Ray Ray. That's all I need to say. Buy this album and Trouble for that matter. Listen to it over and over.


Bic Runga Birds: If I need a songwriter to write a love song for me to give to someone I think I would pick Bic Runga. I love her lyrics and her sweet voice. And she is beautiful. Can I be her?




Vicky Emerson Reach: In the interest of full disclosure, Vicky is my friend Joe's fiance and she is an amazing singer and pianist. I saw her live a couple of weeks ago at the Art Institute in Minnie (she's a native Minneapolan) and I just loved her. I can see why Joe does too.


I'm also listening to G. Love and Special Sauce, John Mayer's new album Continuum, Snow Patrol, Jane Lui (I found this artist through an iTunes recommendation.) and James Morrison (a soulful Brit I happened to come across).
